Good morning!

It is a great day to be alive. I recognize what a privilege it is to be here, on earth, in this day and age, and I am delighted to acknowledge and fully discharge the responsibility that comes with the gift of life I have been given.

No matter what comes my way today, I resolve myself to blessing, not cursing, uplifting, not casting down, discerning, not judging, and to facilitating healing, not propagating harm. I shall consecrate myself to that which is above and exalt that which is highest and finest, come what may.

Today I shall fill the world I center with blessing.
