Meaning and purpose are not isolated, segregated things. Your meaning and purpose relates to my meaning and purpose and vice versa. No man’s meaning and purpose is isolated unto himself. Moreover, all meaning and purpose rolls up to one central pattern.
There is oneness in meaning and purpose, but not sameness. Like snowflakes, no two focalizations of purpose are the same. They are unique and complementary, relational, but distinct.
Our patterns of relationship, our relatedness one to another doesn’t define our meaning and purpose, but it is the matrix through which they are revealed. As such, your fulfillment does not come from your personal achievements, but from your ability to assist others to discover their purpose and meaning, and therefore their fulfillment.
