  • Every generation there are those that say the time of discovery is over, that we have learned all the world’s great truths and all that is left is improving what we already know. This is not true. We haven’t learned a fraction of what there is to learn. I would say that we don’t even know a fraction of what we once knew.
To make the big, paradigm changing “discoveries”, we must keep an open mind and an open heart.

  • One of the greatest privileges that we have as human beings is the ability to think and to discover; to constantly be improving ourselves. Personally I feel that it is our responsibility to continue to honor the gift that is ours by being hungry for discovery and improvement, especially in the area of who we are and the value that we bring to others.

  • How much pressing opportunity there still is in the world, to do what human beings have just not been willing to do. Last night I opened my Bible to The Epistle of James, and there in just the first chapter was so much profound wisdom, that still needs to be taken to heart, by me and no doubt others as well, that I reread the chapter a few times over. Here I realized was an opportunity to do something profoundly different, and I had to ponder deeply what it would be to “…ask in faith, nothing wavering” or to “…be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves”. Your daily blog Gregg helps draw things to remembrance, but been a hearer only, as the Apostle James said, and as you repeatedly have said Gregg, is not enough, more is required, and I look forward with no trepidation to what that more will be. Thank you for the opportunity to move ever onward and upwards!
