With integrity, you take the high road always. You need not dissemble or manufacture stories to move forward along the path. In so doing, you leave behind fear, guilt, and shame.

Seemingly such a simple way to live an uncomplicated life. And even more so to live a life that steps in time with an experience of cleanness and strength. May your words be considered in a depth of heart and so lived. Taking the high road does take a watchful eye and a discipline to remain on that road. As we do move along it we can see more clearly tricks of deception that may seem good but will be seen as eventual paths to experiences of fear, shame and guilt. Let us increase in integrity and mindfulness for right paths to be taken.
