“Truth be Told”, a poem by Gregg Hake
Lies do like a cancer grow
They’ll eat you up from head to toe
Truth be told and you shall live
Your heart at rest, your love to give.

Veracity brings strength and the ability to truly give. Deception weakens. Observing the experience we may be having is vital to letting the truth be told and the consequent knowing of blessing assurance. I like the expression “that’s a lie.” In reference to correcting oneself immediately when one realizes that they have made an incorrect remark or even of a thought that may arise in oneself. Good to consider how cancer is prevented and a healthy life increased.
