Light and Love

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” ― Martin Luther King Jr., A Testament of Hope: The Essential Writings and Speeches

  1. I am directed to consider your words in respect to health matters. Alleviating symptoms has been the focus in healthcare rather than addressing causes. I appreciate considering how light and love apply to our well being.
Loving the responsive wisdom of what our body is telling us through symptoms rather than hating the experience as well as bringing light heartedness into the darkness of a disease setting are starts to consider.
